To use DocGen, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use DocGen in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
6. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated. DocGen may update pricing or billing methods with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Integrations
DocGen may offer integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Slack). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of external services.
8. Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your use of DocGen at any time by deleting your account or ceasing to use the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the platform in a manner that creates legal risk, or as required by law or regulation.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
DocGen is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. 10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR, India.
12. Changes to Terms
DocGen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
